Here is my second drawing of Cirno from Touhou. I drew it for Mist Lake [Arrange]. I based the drawing off of her Double Dealing Character artwork. I also decided to use slightly less saturated colors. I'd say it's a pretty big improvement from the first drawing.
The background is called "Freshwater Mist" based on Misty Lake.
